I have been a receptionist for Dr. Klockowski for eight years now, having joined his practice in 2006. My position includes scheduling, taking payments, setting up new patient appointments, answering phones, and numerous other duties to help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them, and if I cannot, I will find someone who can! I love working in a fun office with amazing coworkers where I can interact with the patients and do whatever I can to make their visit a comfortable and favorable one. You will always see a smile on my face and I hope that helps you feel at ease.
Outside the office, I enjoy doing crafts and DIY projects, and spending time with my cats, two sons, and two granddaughters.
I coordinate insurance plans and financial options for our patients. I try to do my best as a patient-to-doctor liaison and also doctor liaison by forwarding correspondence to and from our office. I have been with Dr. Klockowski for almost 12 years and can’t imagine working any place else! I enjoy coming to work and being with the best staff around!
I have had the honor of working with Dr. Klockowski and his wonderful staff since 2013. Both Dr. Klockowski and his staff are very compassionate and professional. I perform diagnostic records, which consists of taking panoramic and cephalometric radiographs, diagnostic photographs, and diagnostic impressions. I also fabricate clear orthodontic retainers, perform adjustments on patients, and assist in sterilization for infection control. The best part of my job is seeing the amazing transformation in our patients. When we first begin treatment, most of our patients say they don’t like to smile, but when we finish treatment, they can’t stop smiling!

I began my career assisting in general dentistry in 1978. Ten years later, I began assisting in orthodontic offices. I have been an employee of Dr. Klockowski’s for over 15 years. My duties include making monthly orthodontic adjustments, fabricating retainers, and assisting the doctor with bracket placement. I also like to help my coworkers wherever I’m needed.
I have been working in this lovely office since 2008 as the private insurance clerk and back-up receptionist. It’s refreshing to work with a staff that has a great can-do attitude and in such an organized office. We strive to make it easy for our patients to do business with us by offering easy financing options and no hassle insurance submissions.
I reside with my husband of 44 years, Jerry, and my 94-year-old mother. My sons and their families are close by so we keep pretty busy with our grandchildren’s school and activities.
I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Klockowski since 2003. When it comes to our patients insurance and financial needs, I’m here to help. I have years of experience working with patients to create a financial plan to fit within their budget. I verify and file insurance as well as present initial financial options to our patients. I also help at the front desk as needed. I love working with such great ladies and wonderful, generous boss.
I am married with five children, two dogs, and one cat. I love the outdoors and I love crafting.
I start my career as dental hygienist in 1995 and have been practicing full time with Dr. Klockowski since 2006. My duties include preparing patients for placement of braces, patients’ monthly adjustments, and take care of any lab work, photos, or X-rays needed to help the team. I also have the most rewarding job here and that is removal of the braces. It’s always a happy appointment for the patient and I’m lucky to be able to share in their joy.
I have been working in the dental field for 25 years. I’ve worked many years as a chairside dental assistant, then as receptionist for Dr. Klockowski in 2008. I can be found at the front desk greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients and their families with any questions and concerns they may have. I love working with Dr. Klockowski and our amazing team. Everyone is very caring and thoughtful.
I have been an orthodontic assistant with Dr. Klockowski since 1998. In addition to assisting Dr. Klockowski with treating patients, I take X-rays, perform sterilization duties, take impressions for all kinds of orthodontic appliances, and perform orthodontic adjustments. Our entire team has high standards of quality and integrity. We very much enjoy building relationships with our patients and look forward to seeing them obtain the best orthodontic results.

I start my career as a registered hygienist in 1987. I have nearly 30 years of orthodontic experience and have been with Dr. Klockowski since 2012. My duties include the beginning placement of orthodontic appliances along with Dr. Klockowski, monthly adjustments, removal of orthodontic appliances, and retainer adjustments. I am delighted to be a part of this wonderful practice. Dr. Klockowski is fantastic boss and the staff is outstanding. Our office atmosphere is very calming and we enjoy every day. It never feels like work to me!
I joined Dr. Klockowski’s practice in 2008. Coming from general dentistry to a specialty field like orthodontics was challenging, but also very exciting. My responsibilities include taking initial records consisting of photographs, X-rays, and impressions, preparing patients for bonding of braces, and continuing care of monthly adjustments. Our practice is a fast-paced, friendly, patient-oriented environment where we, as a team along with Dr. Klockowski, strive to achieve excellence in treatment and most of all, patient satisfaction!
I have been in orthodontics for 35 years, during which 26 years have been with Dr. Klockowski. At the present time, my job includes several financial duties such as posting checks and preparing the daily deposit. I have also done the job of receptionist, scheduling, and billing.
I enjoy spending time with my family, taking trips, craft shows, and spending time with my cat.
